Plain-language terms for the Startup Global founding wishlist.

1. What the wishlist is

The wishlist is a free, non-binding expression of interest in Startup Global, a product of Röder TomorrowTechnologies UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Berlin. Joining does not create a purchase obligation for you, and does not oblige us to deliver the product by any particular date or with any particular features.

2. Founding-member benefits

Wishlist members will be offered early access and founding-member pricing when the product launches. Benefits are granted at our discretion, are personal to you, and may be adjusted before launch. They become binding only when you actually subscribe under the then-valid subscription terms.

3. How we contact you

We use your details to contact you personally about your early access and the product launch. Marketing emails beyond that are only sent if you ticked the newsletter checkbox, and every such email includes an unsubscribe option. See our Datenschutzerklärung for full details on data handling.

4. Leaving the list

You can leave the wishlist at any time by emailing hello@startupglobal.ai — we will delete your entry.

5. Applicable law

German law applies. Legally required consumer protections remain unaffected.
